Partner
Caroline is a Partner at YCP Renoir’s Operational Transformation Division, leading business origination and market expansion across the region. She focuses on identifying and structuring strategic opportunities with large organizations, partnering closely with C-level executives to align complex business challenges with high-impact transformation solutions and long-term value creation.
With over 20 years of experience, Caroline brings a strong background in corporate strategy, commercial structuring, and finance, with a proven track record in building strategic accounts and supporting executive decision-making. She has worked across oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, energy, and related sectors in multicultural environments. Caroline holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering along with MBAs and postgraduate qualifications in management and strategy.
