Leon Cheng is a Partner for YCP Solidiance based in US office and oversees our Biotech and Healthcare practice across North America and Asia. His consulting background includes providing International MNC's and MSE's with services related to strategy formulation, M&A, process improvement, implementation and supply chain consulting services. Leon has served companies in trying to understand their expansion strategies across the North America and emerging markets and has supported a variety of projects covering automobile, construction, building and industrial automation, animal health, healthcare and biotech sectors across the region.
